Your use of our services is contingent upon your adherence to these Terms, which cover your responsibilities, our rights, and the limitations of our liability. 4. Key Provisions

4.1. Eligibility:

4.6. Fees & Charges:

All service fees, including transaction fees, will be transparently disclosed to you before the execution of any transaction.

4.7. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the Invuture platform, including its software, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of Invuture. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose only.

4.8. Termination:

Invuture reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

4.9. Liability & Indemnification:

Invuture shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold Invuture harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms.

4.10. Governing Law & Disputes:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Invuture operates. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law.
